At Royal Roastery NOLA, we strive for excellence in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of our artisanal coffee, we can only offer returns or replacements for damaged items or order errors. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to ensure we can resolve any issues with your fresh brew promptly.

Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and qualifies under our policy for damaged or incorrect goods.
Contact Support
Email our NOLA team with your order number and a photo of the issue to initiate your return request.
Ship the Product
Once approved, follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to our roastery using the designated carrier.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we inspect the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out a fresh replacement bag immediately.
